What to Expect

Walking through the doors of a new church can be pretty overwhelming. We want to help you in any way that we can.

On a Sunday morning, you can expect our service to last about 75 minutes. We sing worship songs led by a team playing a piano and a guitar. The music is contemporary and usually upbeat and celebratory in nature, although some services focus on quiet, contemplative songs.   One of our church elders will preach a message that is based on a book, passage, or topic from the Bible. The messages are focused on real life and seek to deal with the everyday issues that we all face together.   Anyone who wishes to be prayed for will have an opportunity following the service.

People dress in a variety of styles and you are encourage to “come as you are.” There’s no “dress code” — wear whatever is comfortable for you and appropriate for families. There are no perfect people, and we simply don’t feel that formality enhances spiritual worship or growth.

Giving or offering time is for folks who call New Season their church home so as a guest don’t feel that you have to give. There is no expectation that you would need to participate in the offering. At New Season you will find people who are brand new in their faith journey as well as people who have been believers for a long time. Wherever you are at on the journey, there is a place for you at New Season.

You will find us a warm and caring group of ordinary people who will welcome you without pressure or pretense. Please do come by and check us out soon!
